APC Policy

Archives of the History and Philosophy of Medicine does not charge authors an Article Processing Charge (APC) for the submission, peer review, or publication of manuscripts. Authors are not required to make any payment for the editorial evaluation or publication of an accepted article.

There are no submission fees, mandatory publication fees, or other routine charges associated with publishing in the journal. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently of any financial considerations.

Authors should be cautious of any third party requesting payment in the name of the journal. Any official communication concerning publication or fees should come directly from the journal or its authorized editorial representatives.
